What Is a Landscape to Portrait PNG Converter?

This browser-based utility converts PNG images from landscape orientation to portrait orientation. This conversion is useful for adjusting images to meet specific display, application, or software requirements. The tool allows you to create a portrait PNG for social media, banners, or marketing materials without distorting the essential elements. The tool has two modes for creating portrait PNG: automatic and custom. In automatic mode, it converts the landscape PNG to portrait format by using the original height as the new width and the original width as the new height. In custom mode for creating a portrait PNG, the program allows you to set specific width and height values. In this example, we change the landscape orientation of a PNG to portrait while preserving the PNG's content. We select the automatic mode for creating a vertical PNG, resulting in the height and width parameters being swapped and the PNG becoming 420×560 pixels.
