What Is a PNG Gradient Palette Generator?

This tool generates color palettes with gradients in PNG format. The palette can be formed from two, three, four, or more colors. The gradient can be applied linearly, from one side to the other, from one corner to another, or even emanate from several corners and merge in the center. Such gradient palettes can be generated in two modes of the tool: four-corner palette or multi-color linear palette. Four-corner palette mode allows you to specify four colors in the options, which are placed at the corners of a rectangular PNG and change their color in other directions. In this mode, you can experiment and set the same colors in different corners. For example, if you set white in the top left corner and two bottom colors to black, you will get a palette of lightness and darkness for a certain color specified in the top right corner. Multi-color linear gradient mode allows you to specify any number of colors that will change in one direction. This direction can be changed using the rotation angle, which is measured in degrees. To simplify the creation of colors for gradients, you can use the "Color Picker" option, which allows you to generate the RGB code for any shade on the palette. You can also specify the dimensions of the created palette in the options to then download it in PNG format. The generated palette can be used to explore shades of various colors, blend different hues, or adjust lightness and darkness. Magenta Lightness Darkness Palette

In this example, we generate a four-corner palette that demonstrates the lightness and darkness of the magenta color. To do this, we set the top left corner to white, the two bottom corners to black, and the top right corner to the magenta color. This palette is a standard palette in many color pickers, as it makes it easy to find darker or lighter shades of the magenta (or some other color) color.
