This browser-based program converts RGB values to a PNG image. It takes a list of RGB values as input and produces a PNG image as output. Each RGB value contains information about the color of a pixel, where R is red, G is green, and B is blue. Thus, a large set of RGB values describes a grid of pixels that can be rendered into a PNG image. Since the PNG format can support transparency, it is often described by RGBA values, where A (alpha) is the fourth channel that stores information about the pixel's transparency. Depending on whether your output is RGB or RGBA, you can select the corresponding decoding mode in the options. In the options, you can specify the width of the decoded image in pixels. However, if the input data is structured into lines whose length is equal to the PNG width, then there is no need to specify the width in the options. Valid input RGB data must have the same number of values as the number of pixels in the PNG. If the number of pixels on a line or at the end of the array is insufficient, then the program uses a default color to display invalid data. The default color is white, but you can change it to any other color in the options. This tool can be used not only for decoding PNG images that were obtained with the Convert PNG to RGB Values tool but also for displaying and drawing individual RGB values on the screen. Any RGB value that you enter as input will be displayed as a square pixel on the output. To make this pixel large enough to see, you can increase the pixel size in the options. For example, by default, the pixel size is set to 1. This means that one RGB value is displayed on the screen as one pixel. If you set the pixel size to 2, then one RGB value will be displayed on the screen as a 2×2 grid. Similarly, a pixel size of 3 will be a 3×3 grid, and so on. Thus, you can create pixel art in PNG format by entering RGB values as input. Png-abulous!

In this example, we convert a list of RGB values to a PNG image of a green tree. The input data consists of three components: R (red), G (green), and B (blue). Therefore, we select the RGB decoding mode. Also, the input data is already structured into lines, each of which contains 30 values (pixels). Therefore, the program automatically determines the size of the decoded PNG to be 30 by 40 pixels. (Source: Wikipedia.)
In this example, we take a two-dimensional array of RGBA data as input. These values consist of four components and contain information about the transparency of pixels. We switch to the RGBA decoding mode and set the width of the PNG to 36 pixels. As a result, we get a small Pepsi logo that is 36 by 36 pixels in size. (Source: Wikipedia.)
In this example, we use the pixel size option, with a value of 6px, to create pixel art from a group of RGB values. In total, we use four different RGB values (that is, four colors) and place them in an 11x12 pixel grid, drawing the pattern of an Amanita mushroom.
