This tool creates digital date and time stamps, as well as seals. Such stamps and seals displays the current date and time and can be used for documenting events, marking task completion times, or adding time records. They are also often used in official documents to record the timestamp of signing or approval. With this tool, you can generate such stamps in various shapes and styles to fit your requirements. In the tool options, you can choose from circular, oval, rectangular, square, or text-only stamp designs. After selecting a design, you can enter the date and time information for the primary imprint of the stamp, which appears in the middle of the design. You can set also the size for the date and time imprint in pixels. Next, you can adjust the size of the stamp by specifying the width for circular and oval stamps (height is automatically calculated for these designs) or specifying both the width and the height for rectangular and text-only stamps. If you want to simulate a used or scanned rubber stamp with wear and tear effects, adjust the imprint quality option. Lowering the percentage value of the quality fades the ink and creates random missing ink spots. The tool also allows you to create an inverted version of the stamp by filling the background and cutting out the date and time. This is especially useful for making rubber stamp molds. You can also choose the border style – standard, wavy, spiky, or star-patterned. Usually, the date is entered as the primary imprint and the clock time is entered in the secondary imprint, which is smaller and can be activated by enabling the checkbox. In this example, we create a personalized date and time stamp for use on photos. As the photos were taken on July 4th of 2025 at around 3:30 PM, we put this timestamp on the imprint of the rubber stamp so that it can be applied on all photos one by one. We choose the minimalist style for the stamp, which removes the frame and only displays the date and time component. The main line displays the date "07/04/2025", while the secondary line shows the time "3:30 PM". We use the classic Arial font for the imprint, sized at 90 pixels, in the default black color, which makes it easy to create a rubber mold.
In this example, we generate a digital seal containing only the date of a validated document. For the seal's design, we select a round shape with a banner message and a spiky border, all colored and filled in green. The seal includes the validation date "Jan 15 2025" and a "VALIDATED" label, making it ideal for putting on documents. The seal's inner areas are color-filled, the "VALIDATED" label is inverted, and it contains star and line paterns. Additionally, the seal has quality setting of 70%, making it look old and faded.
In this example, we're designing an elegant wedding invitation stamp that can be used for sending out guest invitations. To do it, we select a rounded rectangular stamp shape with a wavy border and decorate the design with extra stars and lines. We pick a beautiful color combination for the stamp elements and also change the main text's font to a custom italic font by loading it via a Google Font called Lobster Two.
