This tool converts any uploaded PNG image into a scrolling billboard-style animation. The result is a seamless looping GIF where the same PNG continuously moves across the frame. Depending on the selected effect, the image can scroll in a continuous wraparound loop, slide over or away from a static version, or appear and disappear in a step-by-step (discrete) scrolling cycle. Because the motion is looped, the animation can repeat endlessly without visible jumps. The main control is the scrolling speed, which defines how much the PNG shifts between consecutive frames. Smaller values move the PNG by fewer pixels per frame, while larger values increase the step size, producing faster movement. You can also choose the scrolling direction. The PNG can move along a horizontal or vertical axis. By default, the PNG moves in "Continuous Scroll" mode, which creates a wraparound animation where pixels that leave one edge of the canvas immediately reappear on the opposite side. But, you can also switch to the "Apply Overlay" mode, which introduces a moving copy of the PNG that slides over the original image, or the "Remove Overlay" mode, which gradually shifts the visible image out of the frame. You can also select the "Discrete Scroll' mode, which creates a step-based animation where the PNG fully enters the frame, remains visible for a moment, and then fully exits before repeating. The two discrete variants differ only in the starting state: one starts from the background, the other from the fully visible PNG. If you want to visually separate moving images, you can enable a frame separator and customize its width and color. You can also add a pause after each completed scroll cycle and specify its duration in seconds. Additionally, you can make the motion ease in and out, slowing down near the start and end of each movement. Large PNGs and high frame counts can produce very large GIF files, so it is often helpful to first reduce the image size using the Resize PNG tool. The final option lets you choose the transparency key color used during GIF export. Since GIF images do not support partial transparency, a single color is designated as fully transparent. All pixels matching this color become invisible in the final animation. Png-abulous!

In this example, we turn a Cherry Cola ad into a scrolling billboard to attract more attention. We use the continuous scroll mode so the PNG loops seamlessly from top to bottom, set the speed to 6 for smooth motion, and enable slow-at-ends for a softer movement. We also add a 3-second pause after each full cycle to make the ad easier to notice. (Source: Pexels.)
This example brings an inspirational quote on a pink background to life with a stylish sliding effect. It uses the remove-overlay mode and moves the PNG from left to right. We add a dark separator with a width of 10 pixels to create a distinct transition between loops and enable the slow-at-ends option to add a gentle easing effect. (Source: Pexels.)
In this example, we turn a funny cat photo into a rotating poster display. It scrolls right to left in discrete mode, where the image fully appears, travels across the canvas, and then disappears before starting again. We set the speed to 12 and add a short 0.2-second pause. This creates a playful loop where the cat repeatedly enters and exits the screen. (Source: Pexels.)
